Support / Licenses & account

Your account page

What the account page on nolvra.com shows you, what lives in the Hub instead, and why the two are split.

Two surfaces, one account

Your Nolvra account is reachable from two places: the account page on nolvra.com and the Nolvra Hub. They sign in against the same account with the same email, but they do not show the same things — and the split is deliberate rather than incomplete.

Orders

The orders table lists every purchase against your email: date, items, total and status. This is where a receipt lives and where an order number comes from when support asks for one.

An empty orders table on an account you have bought with almost always means a different email address was used at checkout. Check the address on your purchase confirmation.

All-Access

If you are subscribed, the account page shows your plan, your billing cycle, the account it is tied to, and what the membership includes. The renewal row changes meaning with the status: an active membership shows its renewal date, a cancelled one shows when access ends, and a failed payment shows how long the retry window runs.

Licenses live in the Hub

The account page does not show your license keys, and that is on purpose: keys and installs are managed in one place, and a second copy of that list is a second thing to go out of date. The Licenses tab on the site says so and links straight to the Hub.

Sign in to the Hub with the same email and every product you own appears there — the key, the activations, the download and any update waiting.

Signing in

Both surfaces use the same passwordless flow: enter your email, get a six-digit code, enter it within ten minutes. Signing in to one does not sign you in to the other. See the signing-in article for what to do when a code does not arrive.

One address, one account

Everything is keyed to your email address. Buying with one address and signing in with another gives you an empty account rather than an error, which is the most common reason someone reports "my purchase is missing".

If you need to move your purchases to a different address, mail support@nolvra.com from the current one.
