How orders work
What happens between checkout and a working plugin, why the email address matters more than anything else, and where your receipt lives.
Delivery is immediate
Every Nolvra product is a digital good. Your license key is issued at checkout and the download is available at once — there is no processing delay and nothing ships.
What happens after you pay
Your license is created
Against the email address you used at checkout. That address is the identity of the purchase from here on.
The key arrives by email
Immediately, to that same address. Keep it — it is your own copy of the key, independent of the Hub.
The product appears in the Hub
Sign in to the Nolvra Hub with the same email and it is there, under My Products, with its key on the Licenses screen.
Install and activate
Install through the Hub, or download and activate the plugin with the key directly. See the installation articles for either path.
The email address is the whole thing
The single most common order problem is not an order problem: a purchase made with one address and an account signed into with another. There is no error message for this, because both are valid accounts — one of them is just empty.
Check the address on your purchase confirmation before assuming anything is missing. If the purchase genuinely went to an address you no longer control, mail support@nolvra.com from the address you want it moved to and include the order number.
Where receipts live
Your account page on nolvra.com lists every order against your email: date, items, total and status. That is your receipt and your source for an order number.
Sample packs are not plugins
Sample packs are delivered as downloads rather than as plugin licenses, and they are not part of All-Access — they are bought individually and stay yours. A pack you own downloads from your account; there is no key to activate.
If a pack you bought will not download, that is usually an ownership record rather than a network problem, and it is worth telling us the order number rather than retrying.
Refunded purchases
If a purchase is refunded, the associated license is deactivated and the download stops being available. That is the intended consequence of a refund rather than a fault — but if you see it on something you did not request a refund for, tell us immediately with the order number.
Failed and duplicate charges
A failed charge creates no license and no order; nothing to undo. A duplicate charge for the same product is refunded in full — mail support@nolvra.com with both order numbers.
