Signing in to your Nolvra account
There are no passwords. You get a six-digit code by email, it lasts ten minutes, and it signs you in to both the site and the Hub.
No passwords, by design
Nolvra accounts do not have passwords. When you sign in — on nolvra.com or in the Nolvra Hub — you enter your email address and we send a six-digit code. Enter the code and you are in. There is nothing to remember, nothing to reset, and nothing to leak.
Signing in
Enter your email
Use the address you bought with. Your licenses are tied to that address, so signing in with a different one gives you an empty account rather than an error.
Check your inbox
The code arrives immediately. It is six digits.
Enter it within ten minutes
Codes expire ten minutes after they are issued. After that you need a fresh one — the old code stops working rather than silently failing.
Wrong code
You get five attempts. After the fifth wrong entry the code locks and you need to request a new one. That is a deliberate limit: a six-digit code with unlimited attempts is not a security measure.
We do not tell you whether a code was wrong or simply expired. Both give the same message, which is intentional — the difference is only useful to someone guessing.
The code did not arrive
Check spam first; a six-digit code from a new sender is exactly what filters look at. If it is genuinely not there:
Confirm the address. A typo in the email field produces a working request and a code that goes nowhere.
Wait rather than hammering the button. You can request three codes in fifteen minutes. Past that, requests are refused until the window rolls over — requesting more codes will not make one arrive faster.
Each new code invalidates the one before it. If two codes arrive, only the newest works.
Site and Hub, same account
The site and the Hub sign in against the same account and the same email. Signing in to one does not sign you in to the other, but there is nothing extra to set up — the same code flow works in both.
The Hub's session is what All-Access uses to unlock plugins without a key, and what RELIC checks to unlock at all. Sign out of the Hub and those go back to locked; sign in again and they unlock in the same session, without restarting your DAW.
Changing your email address
Your licenses live against your email address, so changing it is not something you can do from the account page today. Mail support@nolvra.com from the current address with the new one and we will move it.
