Managing All-Access

What the subscription covers, what it does not, how cancelling works, and what happens to your plugins afterwards.

What All-Access is

All-Access is a subscription that unlocks SURGE, PLUNGE and RAW, plus new releases as they arrive, managed through the Nolvra Hub. Current pricing is on the All-Access page — this article covers how it behaves, not what it costs.

What is and is not included

  • SURGE · PLUNGE · RAWIncluded
  • New plugin releasesIncluded as they arrive
  • RELICFree with any Nolvra account — not part of the subscription
  • Sample packsSold separately, not included

Being precise about scope

All-Access covers SURGE, PLUNGE and RAW. It is not "every Nolvra plugin" and we do not describe it that way, because that would be a claim we cannot keep as the catalogue grows.

RELIC sits outside it and always has — it is free with any account, so nothing is lost by it being outside. Sample packs are one-time purchases and stay yours permanently.

How the unlock works

With an active membership, sign in to the Hub with the email the subscription is on. Covered products then open on that machine without a key — the plugin recognises the signed-in session.

You never type a key for an All-Access product. If a covered plugin is asking for one, the usual cause is being signed out of the Hub, or signed in with a different email than the one the membership is on.

Switching from a single purchase

You can move to All-Access at any time. Products you already bought outright stay yours permanently — the subscription adds the rest on top rather than replacing anything.

That also means cancelling later does not take away what you bought. Owned is owned.

Cancelling

Cancel from your account page at any time. You keep access to the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made after that.

Once the period ends, the licenses granted through All-Access pause. Anything you bought outright is unaffected, and the music you made with any of it is yours permanently and unconditionally.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, the account page shows a payment-due state with a retry window rather than cancelling immediately. If the retry does not succeed, the associated licenses are suspended.

Updating the payment method and letting a retry succeed restores everything. Nothing is deleted in the meantime.

Restarting later

Resubscribing restores access to everything the subscription covers at that time. There is no reactivation step beyond signing in to the Hub again.

The 7-day free trial

All-Access has a 7-day free trial and it does not ask for a card. You start it yourself from the Hub: sign in, open settings, and while your account is still eligible the ALL-ACCESS row under ACCOUNT offers it. One click starts it, and the row then shows the days left and the date it ends.

While it runs it is a membership in every practical sense. SURGE, PLUNGE and RAW open on the signed-in machine without a key, and you download and install them the normal way. You also get an email confirming what it unlocked.

What the trial does not do

It is once per account, for the life of that account, and once per machine — a second account signing in on the same computer cannot start another one. There is no way to restart it, which is exactly why the Hub makes you click rather than starting it for you.

When the seven days are up, covered products lock and the Hub row says so. Subscribing picks up from there, and you can subscribe before the trial ends rather than waiting for it to expire. Anything you bought outright is untouched, and so is RELIC — it is free with any account and sits outside all of this.
